Creative Intern - Social Media & Video Production

Dates: June 2025 to August 2025

Hours: M-F, 8:30 am - 5:00pm

Compensation: $16/hr

Location: Lavner Education Headquarters - 201 Sabine Ave, Narberth PA 19072 . We are located in walking distance from the Narberth SEPTA Station.

Lavner Education is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Creative Intern to join our team for Summer 2025! This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media strategy, and video production within a supportive and collaborative setting. You'll work closely with our marketing and creative team to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience and elevates our brand.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of marketing and social media content across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support the production of video content, including shooting and editing short-form videos for social media and other digital channels
• Contribute to the development of engaging graphics, animations, and other visual assets
• Help manage and schedule content using social media management tools
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas
• Assist with other marketing and creative tasks as needed, providing a well-rounded learning experience
• Arrive every day with an inclusive, professional, upbeat, and positive attitude

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong social media and content creation skills
• Ability to capture photo and video and edit in Photoshop, Adobe Express, and CapCut
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital technologies and social media trends and best practices
• Willingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlook
• Deep appreciation for teamwork and drive to be part of a high-level team
• Candidates must demonstrate flexibility, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills
• Required clearances, or ability to obtain them prior to start date. Lavner Education will reimburse employees for the costs of the clearances if they need to be obtained.
