Our integrated approach combines personalized clinical care with a curated marketplace featuring national and local vendors, all enhanced by our proprietary AI technology. By bridging the gap between medical guidance and daily decisions, we're empowering individuals and families to make sustainable health choices that demonstrably improve both clinical outcomes and quality of life.

We are fortunate enough to be backed by top healthcare and consumer VCs such as LRVHealth, 8VC, and Andreessen Horowitz.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinicians and other Care Coordinators to ensure timely and high-quality support for all patients.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance care coordination and order fulfillment processes, contributing to the development of best practices.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for patient needs across the organization, ensuring a high standard of patient-centered care.
  • Contribute to the achievement of established clinical goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards and safety standards.
  • Participate in meetings as appropriate.

  • Eagerness to contribute to a growing organization and improve processes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to inspire and collaborate with colleagues from a wide array of backgrounds
